Outreach Director

Purpose: To lead CEFC’s efforts in local evangelism and community outreach. 

Qualifications:

1. Earned bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred), in ministry field.
2. Demonstrated evangelism skills.
3. Demonstrated leadership, networking, strategic planning, budgeting, and administrative skills.
4. Demonstrated cross-cultural/urban ministry competencies.
5. Successful history of developing and managing ministry partnerships.
6. Successful history of developing ministry leaders.
7. Has some experience with church planting.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and lead evangelism efforts to the least reached in the local communities, especially within a 15-mile radius of Essex Fells.
2. Design and lead community outreach efforts in the local communities.
3. Advance existing, and develop new, local evangelism and outreach partnerships.
4. Develop evangelism and outreach ministries to local colleges and universities.
5. Cooperate with other local evangelical churches for evangelism and outreach.
6. Facilitate local church planting initiatives.
7. Develop, train, and coach volunteers and teams to assist in the above responsibilities.
