Discipleship Triads

"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." (1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV)

Discipleship Triads

Discipleship Triads are micro-groups of three people who help one another better follow Jesus Christ and intentionally pursue spiritual transformation. Triads are not a traditional program, nor do the groups focus on learning content or achieving ministry and multiplication objectives. Instead, Triads aim to be personal and relational and focus intentionally upon discerning God's kairos in each person's life. Kairos refers to an opportune season, moment, or event that appears favorable for decisions or actions.

Meetings include sharing about life, reflecting on Scripture, supporting one another in following Christ, and praying together. Discipleship Triads meet weekly for 90 minutes over nine months, typically from September through May.
